Some questions stay with us throughout our lives. One of my central questions was: How can companies function better?
From an early age, I was fascinated by organizations - their dynamics, contradictions, complexity, and their untapped potential.
I quickly realized that theory alone isn’t enough. Strategies that seem convincing on paper often fail in reality. Organizations follow their own laws. Yet, I was convinced: Organizations can be designed with purpose. This conviction became the driving force of my career.
Experiences that shaped my perspective
My journey began in Milan, where I gained my first experience in building HR structures. A key moment was my participation in a company-wide Lean Management training - an experience that fundamentally changed my perspective on value creation and efficiency.
After three years, I returned to my hometown, Bruneck, to deepen my expertise. There, I completed training in Business Process Management (BPM). I learned how to analyze, document, and specifically optimize business processes - often using surprisingly simple yet highly effective tools.
International projects took me to the UK, Sweden, and China, where I experienced firsthand how differently companies deal with change and how essential it is to challenge the status quo. Change is challenging, but it is the key to long-term success.
After 13 years in the automotive industry, I found myself at another turning point. As CHRO for an international group of companies, I was given new strategic opportunities. But I realized: My true passion lies elsewhere. I didn’t just want to drive change within a company - I wanted to support companies in their fundamental transformation.
Today I work with visionary leaders of global corporations as well as with owners of smaller businesses.
