My passion and expertise are focused on the holistic design and development of organizations and HR management. With extensive experience as a specialist and leader in the international arena, I pursue a data-driven approach to ensure that the developed solutions are based on solid numbers, data, and facts. This enables me to create unique and measurable solutions tailored to the needs of my clients.

I don't see myself as a traditional consultant, but rather as a developer and implementation companion. My diverse range of methods seamlessly merge into a holistic offering that makes the difference and provides substantial value to my clients.

My approach is system-oriented. I view the entire company as a complex system and work towards creating conditions in which employees can unleash their full potential.

With my international certification as an Organization Design Practitioner (CODP©), I am part of a global network of recognized experts in the field of organizational design.
